All in Maintenance was founded to be a one stop shop able to provide complete solutions for the conversion, refurbishment, building work and maintenance of Care Homes, Nursing Homes and Specialist Care Units.

Our team is comprised only of hand picked engineers and time served tradesmen that have extensive experience having worked for many years in renovating, refurbishing and converting care and nursing homes.

Our tradesmen are polite, respectful and tidy with health and safety at the forefront of our minds on all jobs be they big and small.

Our tradesmen are carefully selected to work within the care home sector including specialist units.

Over the years, we have successfully completed a significant number of refurbishment projects all over the UK for some of the biggest companies in the Care sector, enabling our growth in size and experience.

We provide constant ongoing training for our engineers to ensure that they are the forefront of industry practices, allowing us to offer a guarantee on all of our work for craftsmanship and parts.

What sets us apart from similar businesses is our Project managers understanding of dementia and the impact and issues it creates, gleaned from successful completion of courses in the subject at Stirling University. Using this, we are able to advise on how to create the perfect environment to make residents safe, secure and happy in their new home.
