Your peace of mind is our priority. We maintain rigorous health and safety standards to protect your property, your tenants, and everyone involved in our maintenance operations.

When you work with All in Maintenance Services Limited (the “Company”), you are working with an organisation committed to protecting the health, safety, and welfare of everyone affected by our activities. This includes our employees, subcontractors, clients, building occupants, visitors, and members of the public.
Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy is a statement of intent to comply with all current UK health and safety legislation and to continually improve our performance in occupational health, safety, and welfare. We are committed to providing a safe place of work and to maintaining effective communication on all matters relating to health and safety.
Overall responsibility for health and safety rests with Company Management. However, all employees at every level are expected to accept responsibility for complying with this policy and for working safely to prevent injury or ill health to themselves and others.
Our work is planned and carried out using safe systems of work designed to eliminate or reduce risks wherever reasonably practicable. Health and safety considerations are assessed at tendering, planning, and operational stages to prevent injury, damage, and unnecessary waste.
We take every reasonable step to ensure that our activities do not place building occupants, visitors, or members of the public at risk. Hazards are identified, risks assessed, and appropriate control measures implemented before and during works.
We provide the necessary information, instruction, training, and supervision to ensure that employees are competent to carry out their duties safely. All operatives are provided with suitable equipment and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) relevant to their role and the work being undertaken.
All employees are made aware of their legal obligations under health and safety legislation and their personal responsibility to safeguard themselves and others. Actions that may place others at risk are not tolerated.
Where subcontractors or third-party contractors are engaged, we make specific arrangements to ensure that health and safety responsibilities are clearly defined and managed. All contractors working under our control are expected to meet the same health and safety standards as our own employees and to comply with applicable legislation and site rules.
Health and safety performance is achieved through the participation of all employees. Everyone working for or on behalf of the Company has a responsibility to protect not only themselves, but all others who may be affected by their actions.
This Health and Safety Policy is communicated to all employees and is reviewed annually, or sooner if required, to ensure it remains relevant, effective, and compliant with current legislation.
